To create aromas with unparalleled sensorial characteristics, we rely on a specialized team of aromists, along with high-technology equipment in our infrastructure, such as the electronic nose:  a gas chromatography machine composed of a molecular analyzer and a vast library of aromas used to accurately identify aromatic compounds.
