1960

Comercial Souza e Representações LTDA is inaugurated, marking the beginning of the representation of additives and spices for the meatpacking industry. A chapter begins with a commitment to quality and excellence.

1992

The construction of the factory in Americana highlights our commitment to customer service. Through this enterprise, we have improved the efficiency of the service and guaranteed excellent and fast service. This project is a reflection of the values that we convey to our customers.

1998

We expanded our operations in additives and seasonings, allowing for a wider range of products. We acquired New Max Indústria e Comércio de Corantes LTDA, focusing on the production of natural annatto colorant. These actions brought new opportunities for our business.

1999

We moved our natural annatto colorant factory to the city of Americana - SP. This strategic move allowed us to expand our operations even further. The new location made it possible to improve logistical access, which is fundamental to our continued growth.

2001

We created a new division dedicated to additives, condiments and seasonings. This strategic expansion has strengthened our presence in the market and also opened up a horizon of opportunities. It has enabled us to meet our customers' growing demands for high quality and innovative products. This initiative has enabled us to achieve new levels of results and growth in the food sector.

2003

We achieved ISO 9001 certification. This was a significant milestone that strengthened our commitment to quality and continuous improvement process. ISO 9001 Certification is an international standard that confirmed the effectiveness of our quality management system, reaffirming our dedication to providing the best products and services for our customers.

2009

We acquired a gas chromatography machine, also known as “electronic nose”. This advanced equipment is used for the precise identification of aromatic compounds. This acquisition was an important milestone in our commitment to innovation and excellence, allowing us to improve significantly the quality and precision in the development of our products.

2016

We acquired an area of over 600 hectares in Santa Mercedes - SP, for our own annatto seed plantations. This acquisition allowed us to control the entire production process, from cultivation to harvest, guaranteeing high quality standards. Verticalized production has given us greater operational efficiency and enabled us to supply our customers with annatto products of the highest quality.

2017

We developed and started a production line dedicated to the manufacturing of annatto oil soluble. This advance provided us with a quality and efficiency improvement of our products. We started exporting our products, marking an important step in our global expansion. These developments were essential to strengthen our presence in the Brazilian market and supply the demands of our customers in various countries.

2018

We achieved the FSSC 22000 Certification, one of the main global standards in food safety. This was a significant milestone that strengthened our commitment to quality and safety of the foods we manufacture. The awarding of this certification demonstrated our commitment to comply with the highest international standards, which ensures that our customers receive the highest quality products.

2021

We opened our second manufacturing plant of annatto natural color in Santa Mercedes – SP. This milestone represented a significant advance in our growth stage, allowing us to expand our production capacity and meet the growing demand for our products. The new manufacturing plant, equipped with a state-of-the-art technology, reinforced our commitment to quality and innovation.
