Verticalized production
In order to obtain annatto colorants with high quality standards, special attention is needed while the seeds are still in the field, ensuring proper handling and processing.
New Max Industrial has a vertical production system, with more than 800 hectares of plantations and a production of 1,200 tons of annatto per year. We monitor the entire process of planting, harvesting, drying and processing the seeds, guaranteeing the high quality of the final product.
Natural annatto colorant
With excellent stability, the natural colorant, extracted from annatto seeds, is easy to apply to add or reinforce colors ranging from yellow to red-orange in meat foods, snacks, pasta, dairy sauces, beverages, among others. We offer powdered bixin, powdered and water-soluble norbixin, water-soluble mixtures and oily suspensions in various concentrations.

Description: Dark orange viscous suspension. Natural colorant extracted from annatto seeds, suspended in vegetable oil.
Concentration: Max. 10%
Solubility: Dispersible in oil.

Liquid norbixin solution
Description: Dark brown liquid obtained from the annatto seed, providing yellow/orange tones.
Concentration: Max. 10%
Solubility: Sol uble in water.

Bixin powder
Description: Powder with irregularly sized particles of a brownish-orange color.
