Thinking of an integrated solution to preserve the shelflife of chilled cuts of poultry, beef, and pork , we present Shelfmax: a combination of additives and natural compounds with preservative and antioxidant characteristics.

We have developed Shelfmax (aw), a composition of additives and ingredients for an integrated solution consisting of two preservation mechanisms to control microbiological growth: the reduction of water activity in parallel with the use of natural extracts with antimicrobial properties.
