In compliance with Law No. 14,611 of July 4, 2023, MTE Ordinance No. 3,714, and Decree No. 11,795/2023, aimed at promoting inclusion and diversity, we are publishing New Max Industrial Ltda.’s pay equity report. 

The CBO (Brazilian Classification of Occupations) is a system that organizes and classifies occupations in Brazil; it was used as the basis for preparing this report.

He performs the following duties:

• Identify and name different professions;
• Provide a broad and general overview of the activities associated with each profession;
• Provide information on the qualifications, academic backgrounds, and work experience commonly required in the job market.

What is it used for:

• Search for information about careers;
• Assist companies in classifying positions and job functions (for example, for e-Social and Caged);
• Conduct public surveys on the labor market;
• To inform government policies related to employment and professional training.

The data in the reports has been anonymized in accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD) No. 13,709/2018. The information was grouped by the Ministry of Labor and Employment according to the Major Groups of the CBO (Brazilian Classification of Occupations).
